This site is intended to make parking rules around the UK clearer and easier to understand, and provide a balanced outlook on parking restrictions and enforcement.
If you’ve had a parking ticket, and you’re not sure what to do next, look at who issued it and what type of parking ticket it is.
Next, look at what it’s for. If the wording seems a little unclear, so you look up a better explanation of most parking ticket codes, along with the main exemptions, so you can see if they apply to you. Before you send off that appeal (or better still, before you get the ticket in first place), make sure you haven’t fallen one of the common parking myths.
